New Addition

On October 24th, 2007, the Library Board voted to begin construction of an addition in the Spring of 2008. The new addition will provide more room for circulating materials, reading areas, expanded public computers and better handicap accessibility. Updates will be posted here as they occur.

Basement Remodeling

Recently, the basement meeting rooms were remodeled. This included waterproofing the walls, new paint, carpeting, humidity control, and creating a new children's reading area for special programs.

Meeting Room 2 (above) is spacious and cozy with a small area for serving coffee during your meeting.  You will also find display cases, which currently house various pieces of the town's history.

Meeting Room 1 (below) is has alot of room and various possibilities for setting up your meeting.



The Children's Reading Area, located at one end of Meeting Room 2, provides a spacious and comfortable area for Story-time with Ellen.  Child-sized furniture, bean bag chairs and colorful decor all add to the coziness of this area.
